Should high school transcripts have grades/credits marked through and new ones handwritten in?

I recently got a copy of my high school transcripts and there are quite a few discrepancies. Number one it claims I ';withdrew'; my second semester of my senior year? I did not. It gives no reason as to the withdrawal nor can the school. Second, half of my grades and credits have been marked through and been replaced with handwritten grades or final credits for the year? Any advise on how to get this corrected? Is it common to have handwritten grades on transcripts?Should high school transcripts have grades/credits marked through and new ones handwritten in?
No, there should not be handwritten grades on transcripts. Colleges will assume someone else (you) did that. I would talk to your guidance counselor and if that does not work talk to the principal. Make sure you don't come across as angry or argumentative... instead, bring up the point of how it looks to colleges.
