I live 4 hours away from my old high school. I am not able to go and get it myself. Would my mom be able to go get my transcript for me?Mom picking up transcript?

I am not sure, it would be best to call the school before she tries, so she isn't embarrassed on the outside chance that they won't give it to her. Can it be sent to you perhaps?
