Obtained AA degree from college in Florida.campus closed,cant get transcript.any suggestions?

Unversity requesting to know total amount of credits obtained.The transcript I have does not give a total and they simply refuse to just add it up.Anyone have any sources of reference for this?Obtained AA degree from college in Florida.campus closed,cant get transcript.any suggestions?
If only the campus closed, then the parent institution has a legal obligation to maintaio all records. Contact them.





If the entire college closed (went bankrupt or something) contact the Department of Education in Florida, since they have oversight of degree granting institutions, they should be able to help you.
