How bad does a ';late drop'; look on transcripts?

In my first semester in college I had to late drop a calculus class because I was failing it. I needed a C to pass. I picked it back up my second semester and did fine. I'm trying to get into medical school now. How bad will a late drop look on my transcripts when I apply? My GPA is good, I was just wondering if this would have an impact on the admissions decision.How bad does a ';late drop'; look on transcripts?
