If you meant that wanted to know how you can go about obtaining the transcript then maybe your question should have been, ';How do I view the transcript from a disciplinary action case?'; instead of what you wrote. Otherwise, you're question makes it seem like you're expecting another Yahoo Answers user to have that kind of information.

Would my school send out my transcript?!?
I want to go to Fordham university, but there is one problem. I go to a Jewish private school (center to the right), and Fordham university has Jesuit background. I know it's BS the stupid ceremonies, and it's probably interesting.

Every school is required to send transcripts, so no worries. Just go to the administration office, request the transcript form and fill in the address. You will probably have to pay a charge, most likely between $5 and $15 per transcript.

The Korean family played by: Philip Ahn(Father), Shizuko Hoshi(Mother), Susan Sakimoto(Mystery lady) %26amp; 2 young sons played by Jayleen Sun %26amp; Jeff Osaka,(No names given to these 2 young sons.)
M.A.S.H. is out on DVD, but I'm not sure how many episodes have been released. If U ask your video store I'm sure they'll know.

As the transcripts of these shows belong to the studios, they are very protective of them for their archives.
Go to the M.A.S.H. sites via Google as I did %26amp; you'll see all of the show's episodes with synopisis for each one.
