I had to do this once when I was working in what was the Factory Inspectorate. I required the transcript of a recently held case to support my prosecution of a FirmCan anyone tell me where i can get transcript of a high court trial?
you will have to write to the court and ask the name of the ';courtwriter'; for that particular trial they are independent of the court and they will supply you copies of the transcript

but I KID YOU NOT THEY WILL COST SEVERAL HUNDRED POUNDS even for the shortest of trials

and you have to be legally entitled to recieve a set of the transcripts. THEY WILL TELL YOU IF YOU ARE

EVEN THOUGH THE TRIAL WAS IN PUBLIC the transcripts are not in the public domain
go to the court
As kev says apply to court, but you will have to pay
