I was/am in the same situation you are in. The thing is you can't attend another school w/out that transcript. You can not receive any financial aid w/ out your transcript. Because you are out of school due to the debt you can't get student loans (although there are a few student loans out there that will allow you to use the money to pay off old debts--- if you are planning to go back to the same school you owe, that's why I couldn't get those type of loans)

My suggestion to you would be either buckle down, budget, and attack that debt as quickly as possible (*I got a second job and live w/ my mom*) or get a personal loan from a bank or some other institution to pay them off now(*after I paid nearly a third of my debt I got a personal loan to pay off the rest and I have monthly payments of nearly 150) or try for a personal student loan /alternative loan to pay the school back if you are looking to go back to the same school.I owe $5,000 in school tuition and my college won't give me my transcript to go back to school.?
You will have to pay your debt. Perhaps you can borrow it from someone and make payments to them interest free. Then you can go back to school.
If you owe $5000, then you could not tell the new school that you took other classes. But, if you want financial aid, you will need to fill out the federal financial aid forms, and that clearinghouse will have your full records.
So, it is doubtful that you will be able to return to school without paying off the $5,000 you still owe.
Unfortunately they generally will not release your transcript until the amount is paid. If there's a chance to setup a payment plan or go back to that school, then take it. You also can't just go to another school and pretend to start over, there is generally a record that you went to school already and they will want the transcript.
In Texas they have a fresh start program but you have to wait 10 years until you can have prior credits ignored (if you so wish).
Make more than your minimum payment for the money you owe. All it takes is a little sacrifice to get out of debt.

I'm pretty sure that regents grades will be on your transcript, even if you apply to somewhere out of new york state. I believe the numerical grade is written on the transcript also. though depending on the school it could say pass/fail.

Generally you have to give authorization for someone to view your transcript. Schools can't just post your information out there for anyone to see.

They weren’t CIA memo’s they were memo’s exchanged between the CIA and legal council threading the needle for legal justification regarding torture. The problem is the Bush administration didn’t set a legal prescient for torture despite how important they felt it was. They denied any such program and briefed the congress only on pieces of the program while denying its existence.

The reality is Barack Obama met with the CIA, military and legal advisors, he let them argue their case and then the meeting was over he released the memos with written executive order. We now have a president using executive order to release information rather then using executive order to defend torture, domestic spying and avoiding testifying under oath.

The admission office won't know if you were at another school if you lie on your admission application, but they may ask what you have been doing for the past couple of years, so you'll...lie again? If you finally get an official transcript and submit it to the new school for evaluation in the hope of getting some transfer credit for two years of college work with a 3.2 GPA, you'll get busted and how will you explain it...lie again? You retake courses under the assumption that you are a new freshman and make a comment about having taken the course before. Word gets out and when asked to explain it, you...lie again? Can you really live a lie for the four years it would take you to complete a degree from scratch? Don't delude yourself that offices/staff and faculty don't talk to each other; this sort of lying behavior is usually discovered.
Applications require you sign off that the information provided is true. Schools have honor codes and most take a dim view of people who intentionally - deliberately - falsify documents and provide fraudulent information. Schools can, and do, expell students for violations.
If you have financial arrears with your current school, it will show up when you apply for financial aid...because your name will be in the national data base. You won't qualify for any federal aid until your debt is paid so you better plan to pay cash for your classes. Don't even think of applying for any scholarships that an admission office might talk about with you, under the impression that you are an incoming new student.
You don't explain what circumstances brought you to this point, but suck it up and take care of the original problem. If you need to stop out and pay off a debt, do it. If it's not a financial issue, resolve it with your school.

Oh dear. Yes, you can make a transcript from the notes and work your mother has saved, but it might take the better part of a weekend! Even then there might be a few things left out. Organize all the schoolwork into classes/courses that have names. Names like World History, Algebra I, Biology, English Composition, etc. You will need about 20 different courses if you are going to make a traditional transcript. Core subjects like math, science, history/government, and language arts should make up ~15 of the courses, for most colleges it is recommended to have 2 foreign language courses, and the rest can be electives. Each one needs a final grade. [if you haven't taken a foreign language by now, they will probably want you to take one in college]

or use another one. There are many that you can search for. Some transcripts will organize coursework by subjects instead of by years and if you completed high school in three years, that kind might be better. You or your mom can create a high school transcript. You can get a really good template from HSLDA website. They also have info on preparing the transcript and calculating your GPA. You can take the completed transcript to your township clerk to get it nototize. You will just need ID to verify you are who you say you are for the Notary Public to stamp it for you.
Be sure when creating your transcript that the course title accurately reflects the courses required for college admissions. If the college requires American History I, don't call your History course History of the New World because that is the name of the textbook that you used.
If you need a Diploma and you are creative you can make one on your computer, then print it on nice parchment. Or you can purchase a really nice one that includes a padded cover for $25 from HSLDA. Your mom can fill in your name and Date of graduation. Your parents just sign it as your school administrators.
Usually the college is more interested in you SAT or ACT scores than the actual diploma. The transcripts are important to verify what classes you took. Some colleges also like to see a portfolio containing samples of your work. Since you still have most of your school work, select samples of some of your best work, essays and term papers.
As others have said, you can make up your own transcripts and diploma based on the records that you have kept. There are a lot of helpful books out there with sections on how to do this. Two that come to mind are ';The Well-Trained Mind'; and ';And What About College? How homeschooling leads to admissions to the best colleges and universities';. Check at your public library for these or other books if you can't figure out how to do it on your own.
Something that I would add is that most colleges want an ';official'; transcript. To make sure that yours is seen as ';official'; be sure to type the words ';Official Transcript'; at the top of it. (Simple, but without those words sometimes bureaucrats won't accept it.) And some homeschoolers will take the transcript to a notary public and sign it in front of the notary, to make sure it is accepted as ';official.';

Vast majority of colleges accept homeschoolers, from community colleges to Harvard and Yale.
They don't need an actual diploma (they're just for hanging on the wall to look pretty)... what they need some confirmation you've finished your high school studies.
Your mother can write a transcript, which will basically just list your studies, the time frame they were taken, and either grades or pass/fail. Don't forget to add on any extra curricular activities, volunteer work, classes or workshops you took outside the home, as well as any standardized test scores.
If you have not taken your ACT or SAT, you should do so as soon as you can schedule it.
You will also be required to do anything that any other student has to do (interview, essay, entrance exam, etc.)

I worked in an admissions office and we accepted home schooled students all the time. More than likely you'll need an SAT/ACT score also. You or your mom can create a high school transcript. You can get a really good template from HSLDA website. They also have info on preparing the transcript and calculating your GPA. You can take the completed transcript to your township clerk to get it nototize. You will just need ID to verify you are who you say you are for the Notary Public to stamp it for you.
Be sure when creating your transcript that the course title accurately reflects the courses required for college admissions. If the college requires American History I, don't call your History course History of the New World because that is the name of the textbook that you used.
If you need a Diploma and you are creative you can make one on your computer, then print it on nice parchment. Or you can purchase a really nice one that includes a padded cover for $25 from HSLDA. Your mom can fill in your name and Date of graduation. Your parents just sign it as your school administrators.
Usually the college is more interested in you SAT or ACT scores than the actual diploma. The transcripts are important to verify what classes you took. Some colleges also like to see a portfolio containing samples of your work. Since you still have most of your school work, select samples of some of your best work, essays and term papers.
As others have said, you can make up your own transcripts and diploma based on the records that you have kept. There are a lot of helpful books out there with sections on how to do this. Two that come to mind are ';The Well-Trained Mind'; and ';And What About College? How homeschooling leads to admissions to the best colleges and universities';. Check at your public library for these or other books if you can't figure out how to do it on your own.
Something that I would add is that most colleges want an ';official'; transcript. To make sure that yours is seen as ';official'; be sure to type the words ';Official Transcript'; at the top of it. (Simple, but without those words sometimes bureaucrats won't accept it.) And some homeschoolers will take the transcript to a notary public and sign it in front of the notary, to make sure it is accepted as ';official.';

They don't need an actual diploma (they're just for hanging on the wall to look pretty)... what they need some confirmation you've finished your high school studies.

How long until court transcripts are officially public record?

Transcripts of 911 calls and witness interviews are discovery matters that take place between the attorneys involved and unless they are admitted as evidence during a trial would remain in the possession of the attorney.

I got my incomplete application form..it say i need to send transcripts and essay: if -3.4 on 4.0 scale. I know the transcripts are on their way but I am unsure about the essay part. I would like to parse a website to get the maximal 5' and 3' coordinates for a given gene name (e.g. COX2). The website should be able to be queried automatically with software. The UCSC genome browser isn't perfect because it doesn't return more than 500 results, which will not work for some genes (e.g. BAD).

No, you have to disclose that information to your next school. If you went back in 20 years you'd still have to send them your old transcript. It sucks, but that's the way it is. One thing you can do is spend a year retaking those same classes at community college to show you're serious about school now and that you are capable of passing your courses. If they are general education courses, it will good for you to take them at community college anyway as it will be much less expensive and the credits will transfer into your new school. You can talk to a transfer counselor at the school you want to apply to to find out more.

Have your transcripts submitted by one college to the other, and not through you.
I have no idea. I was under the impression that your current college would submit your transcripts directly to the college to which you are applying as a transfer. In other words, you won't actually touch your transcripts.
I know my college had me get my transcript from my previous college b4 I could be enrolled.

“I want to thank the Hollywood Foreign Press. And I just want to say that this movie was a life-changing experience. I saw some amazing, beautiful, invigorating parts of America. But I saw some dark parts of America, an ugly side of America. A side of America that rarely sees the light of day.
I refer, of course, to the anus and testicles of my co-star, Ken Davitian.

Ken, when I was in that scene and I stared down and saw your two wrinkled golden globes on my chin, I thought to myself, ‘I better win a bloody award for this.’

I was pretty active in elementary school as well as high school. I went to world finals for OM twice, was ranked in the top 20 at nationals for vaulting all in elementary school. If you're talking about any personal resumes or lists of accomplishments you send...well, I'm afraid the answer is still no. If you've continued any of those activities in high school, you can mention that you've done them for X number of years, but the admissions office wants to know about your recent accomplishments.

How does one get a copy of a 9-1-1 call? Either a recording or transcript? I'm in Los Angeles. Thank you.
You're going to have to get in touch with the government agency that is handling the 911 calls and ask them if you can get a transcript. Usually this is the city that the call was made in. Try the Police or Fire departments because they usually share a 911 center.
