No, you have to disclose that information to your next school. If you went back in 20 years you'd still have to send them your old transcript. It sucks, but that's the way it is. One thing you can do is spend a year retaking those same classes at community college to show you're serious about school now and that you are capable of passing your courses. If they are general education courses, it will good for you to take them at community college anyway as it will be much less expensive and the credits will transfer into your new school. You can talk to a transfer counselor at the school you want to apply to to find out more.
No, what you need to do is retake the clases you failed at that university so you can raise the GPA on that transcript. Go to your registrar and fill out the form for grade replacement.

nope, if ur a transfer student they want to see ur latest transcript.. they MIGHT want to see both h.s. and college since u've only been there for one semester, but theyll def. want to see ur college transcript
