I cannot honestly say, I believe that children's beauty pageants are the reason there are paedophiles. Paedophiles are born, not created. They are, unfortunately a freak of nature and we can not seem to find a cure or a reason for it.
However, I am a supporter of banning these little kid pageants. This is nothing more than parent or guardian taking advantage of thier child. Making them do what they, themselves never got to do,. Sean Hannity is a world class idiot. There's no more connection between child beauty contests and pedophiles than there is between the Miss America Pageant and rapists. Beauty contests don't CREATE criminals!! Personally I think kiddie beauty contests are asinine, but they don't spawn pedophiles, just whacko parents and really messed up little kids.
