Looking for transcripts from Phillips Business College in 1993.How can I get the transcripts from a business college that has closed down?
Check with the department of education in the state in which the school operated. Most states are interested in dealing with just the kind of problem you are facing and they make efforts to acquire and preserve records of closing schools.
