Do future employers really look at your transcripts?

It just doesnt seem like they would to me but I keep reading online about ppl talking about how employers do look at transcripts.


I've never heard of this.


And if it depends on what field youre going into,


I plan on going into teaching Spanish and or French someday.Do future employers really look at your transcripts?
It is somewhat common for your first job to ask. For something like teaching, where certification is common, I could see it coming up every time you look for a job.

Mine does. I guess that's because a few years back they hired a guy who didn' t have the degree he claimed to have, and they had to release him after he was already in the positions.
High school transcripts or college? High school,definitely not. And, it's slim to never any employers will look at your transcripts, they would need your permission anyways!
