Ok. So 7 years ago I went to a college and didn't do well at all. Im ready to go back and want to get into a nursing program, but I don't want to use my old transcripts because my grades were poor and the nursing program is very competitive. Do I have to submit those transcripts? Can I just apply as a undergrad freshman? Is there any way they can tell that i went to another college?Do I have to transfer my transcripts to new college?
If you want to transfer then yes. If you want to apply again then yes. Nursing is very tough. Just talk with your counselor and don't screw up this time.Do I have to transfer my transcripts to new college?
You don't have to transfer any of them, you can apply as a new student, i believe they are only good for 5 years on average if you did not complete the program. They will not do any background search on you, they may however want to know what you have been doing in between school for that time. Good luck.
Ask at the Registars office...they can tell you. I would think yes...but not sure
