How do i get my transcripts if i owe my old college money? what kind of loan would that require?

I spent four years at this school and now they tell me i owe them money before i can ge my transcripts. is there a college loan out there that can help me go back to college...or do i just have to get over it and pay 4 grand?How do i get my transcripts if i owe my old college money? what kind of loan would that require?
Unfortunately, you can't get any kind of financial aid (like student loans) when you are not a student. So unless you have a bank that will give you an unsecured signature loan to pay your balance at the school, you will have to just get over it and pay 4 grand.
