Most probably, you will receive your transcript within 2 days. But the problem there is the period of getting your transcript from your school/university here in the Philippines. There's a need to accomplish your School/University Clearance, then once cleared, there';s a need for you to wait for 3 months after your school/university can finally release your clearance and give it to your friend. Be sure your have sent your Letter of Authorization to your friend to show it to your shcool/university.
I hope you will be able to get your clearance in time for the date of submission there in USA.
