By giving trial one or two days, you can check quality. While in live, you can do random check and make sure quality. You can place one editor in your office and ask them to check blanks(surrounding places) to make sure. If any problem is coming, ask them to go through all the files. If vendor is not working well, give one or two chances and terminate.
