Do you still have a log-on ID to the student records? If so, maybe you can print out your ';unofficial'; transcripts from there and they will suffice for your needs? I've only ever heard of schools withholding transcripts when there is a disputed grade or financial hold.If my university is with holding my transcripts for what I feel is a bs reason how can I get them?
Depends on the reason. You may feel it is BS but it may well be within their rights. However, the only legit reason that I can think of is if you have a financial obligation to them.
