For U.S and Canada we have to send all the transcripts for enrollment in that particular university. If some of your friends are there at those university they can manage.

It varies between Universities. But, in majority of Universities if you pay the application fee and submit the application form, you have upto 30 days to send other documents.





Some Universities specifically say that, some don't. So, check with the university to be safe.
