English Language Transcript help?

So I've made a transcript of a comedy show (Michael McIntyre), and now I have to annotate it- but I don't know how how I can annotate words such as 'nooo', 'yeessss', and 'zhooo' (the comedian making a car impersonation). Does anyone know what these words are examples of? I wrote them exactly as the comedian said them.English Language Transcript help?
How very interesting!. In wanting a good definition for the word “annotate” I was given:-

v. an•no•tat•ed, an•no•tat•ing, an•no•tates

Now say “an-no-tat-ed” as shown above.

Capitals and lower case letter SOUNDS exist for a reason.

Try this: an-no-t-A-t-ed.

Its all about sound and writing sound as to words on paper is equivalent to musicians writing musical notes. What you have done is right and a simple test would be to ask others to pronounce such letter combinations to check their correctness.English Language Transcript help?
No and Yes could be one of several parts of speech, depending on the context.

zhooo is onomatopoeic (evoking a sound) but I'm not sure what part of speech it is.
