My High school closed because of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I graduated in 2003 how do i get my transcripts?

The main school board office in Orleans or Jefferson or whichever parish should have your records, OR they'll have some sort of official form they'll send to the college for you explaining why the records aren't available.
